Collected, and used for the quote alone

• The quote form: your name, phone number, which town the house is in, the kind of project, how many stories, and whatever you put in the notes box. It reaches us by email and is then sent to one gutter contractor, an independent Wilmington-area business, who phones you, measures, quotes and does the installation; for passing it along, we may be paid by that contractor. No other person or company receives it, and there is no mailing list.
• Two visitor counters: Google Analytics, which tallies how many people visit, which pages they open, relying on its own cookies; and Cloudflare Web Analytics, a plain page-view count that sets no cookie. The pair of them answer one question: are these pages any use?

Not collected, ever

• Card numbers, bank details, passwords or logins. No money moves through these pages; you settle with the crew once the runs are hung.
• Advertising data. Neither counter is connected to advertising, and the site carries no ad pixel, retargeting script, chat box or social plug-in.
• Anything from a visit you never told us about. Read the site and leave, and the counters saw a page view and nothing more.

The company hosting the pages keeps the routine records that hosting produces, under its own policies. Want your details corrected or deleted? Say so by replying to the quote email, and it is done.
